Who we are
Eat Your Heart Out Catering began in 1986 with a rock 'n' roll spirit and a love for great food. Originally a backstage catering company serving touring bands and their crews in the Twin Cities, we’ve fed legends and locals alike at iconic events like the Minnesota State Fair Grandstand shows, Taste of Minnesota, and the Somerset Music Festival.
Over the years, we’ve taken our passion for scratch-made, locally sourced cuisine far beyond the stage. Today, we proudly cater a wide variety of events—from sustainability-focused gatherings with Forever Green at the University of Minnesota to corporate events, Severs Fall Festival, weddings, and everything in between.
